Planning Specialist for Medical Business

We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Supply Chain and Product Assurance team in Slovakia as Planning Specialist for Medical Business.
Key tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Scheduling/ planning of audits activities in accordance to procedures, rules and regulations
- Communicate continually with clients and auditors to confirm schedule
- Understand and have in consideration logistics / geographic implications when planning
- Coordinating Auditors Calendars to achieve their objectives
- Coordinating bid contract planning with other DNV offices
- Working with internal DNV scheduling systems
- Working together with all in operations
As Planning Specialist, you will collaborate closely with other DNV units globally to execute projects in the most efficient manner, according to accreditation requirements.

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Upper secondary school or higher education
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capable to work autonomously
- Contribute a service-minded, customer-oriented and positive attitude as well as a high sense of ownership
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Customer Relations Management systems
- Experience in project coordination
