Náplň práce
The Customer Care Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their onboarding journey, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure high-quality customer service. This role involves managing new client onboarding, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction.
Onboarding and Client Training :
- Guide new clients through the integration process to ensure they understand how to effectively use the Gaia solution and other Equadis products.
- Assist in the creation, updating, and promotion of learning resources, such as user guides, tutorial videos, and webinars.
- Organize and lead training sessions for users to maximize product adoption.
- Monitor client progress throughout the onboarding process and provide support in case of any challenges or questions.
Ongoing Support and Assistance :
- Support clients in their daily use of the platform and their interactions with their clients (retailers, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces), suppliers, and technical service providers.
- Address first-level technical issues and escalate complex problems to the technical teams or CSMs as needed.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries with regular follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to provide operational and administrative support.
- Assist CSMs in managing client relationships by promptly addressing requests and resolving common issues.
- Document and track customer issues, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
Analysis and Improvement :
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement in the onboarding process and customer support.
- Suggest enhancements to existing processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of tools and methods used for onboarding and customer support.
Internal Collaboration :
- Work closely with project, sales, and technical support teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Support Equadis project teams and clients in integration projects and connections involving publication or integration connectors.
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvements in Equadis solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal and cross-functional processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content tailored to specific customer needs (e.g., case studies, testimonials).
- Assist in training new Customer Care team members.
- Participate in ongoing team training, encourage collaboration, and share experiences.
