NORDIC SPEAKERS NEEDED FOR NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMPANY!

Well established international company IS COMING TO SLOVAKIA!
This new client is looking for a candidate with fluent Nordic and English language.
Communication and customer service will be one of your everyday tasks, therefore you need to have customer oriented mind. If you think you are the type of candidate we are looking for, send us your CV!
*** The position requires working during weekends (twice a month), Monday to Sunday rotative from 8 am to 8 pm, 5 days per week ***
Your daily tasks will include:
- communication with clients from Nordic countries
- solve customer requires according their questions and needs
- handling incoming calls and trying to answer clients question regarding their products
- work with internal systems
- preparing report of daily activities

The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Nordic language- Danish or Swedish or Norwegian- C1
- Experiences with customer care is just an ADVANTAGE, NOT A MUST
- High level of communication skills
