Náplň práce

Use your FRENCH and ENGLISH on daily basis. Become our customer care hero!
- Provide complex care and solutions for tax refundation process
- Communication with clients froom French speaking countries but also others from all over the world
- Communication with team and other internal departments
- Working with internal systems

Požadujeme

If you meet following requirements, please do not hesitate to send us your CV!
- Advance knowledge of FRENCH and ENGLISH
- Pro-client attitude
- Working experience in call center/customer service is an advantage
- Detail oriented, strong communication skills, organizational skills
