Looking for teamleaders for a financial team!

Currently we are looking for experienced financial specialist + leader, who would like to lead the team of analysts - 5+ members. The team is responsible for product classification to set up correct taxes, but you don’t have to be experienced tax specialist.
Mainly you will be responsible for:
- Leading team – setting up kpis, performance reviews, regular meetings, planning trainings, etc.
- Participating in process improvements
- Reporting activities – working with Excel
- Perform product tax classifications
- Participate in ongoing audit activities
- Cooperate with leaders and managers in EU

We are happy to consider you for the role if you meet following criteria:
- At least 3 years as financial specialist in SSC + one year as team leader
- Fluent English (C1) – daily communication, interview process
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivots, v look up)
- Enthusiastic and motivated person to work in multicultural environment
