Scrum Master

For one of the largest IT divisions in Europe, we are looking for experienced Scrum Master who is looking for a new job challenge
· Travel to the Budapest office is required (Week OnSite / Week OffSite)
· Make sure that the agile teams follow the defined agile processes and methodology
· Managing the scrum process
· Make sure all the impediments coming up for the agile teams are tracked and worked on
· Making sure that the product backlog is maintained by the product owner according as agreed
· Responsible to conduct and lead retrospective meetings/scoping/pre scoping/planning meetings
· Participating in scrum governance gremiums for the whole program (cross projectstream)
· Acts as a safe guard to the teams

· Very strong experience of agile methodologies including Scrum, having worked in a scaled environment across multiple scrum teams at a time.
· At least 1 certification:
- CSM, CSP, ICP, ICE, SA, SSM
