Accounting & Reporting Manager vo Viedni

Do you have extensive experience in accounting or controlling and would you like to lead a team? Are you open to travel to Vienna every day?
It’s quite young well established company, so the roles are complex, responsibilities wider and opportunities bigger.
What we mean by that?
- Leading a 2-member team - development and motivation of members
- Management of daily accounting processes
- Manage AP/ AR accounting and recording of payroll payments;
- Follow up receivables and payments, managing working capital and other assets
- Cooperation in the financial planning of the company - preparation of forecasts / budgets
- Preparation of reports in connection with the financial statements
- Cooperation on global reporting
- Optimization of processes and implementation of new solutions and procedures

We will be more than happy to consider you in the process if you meet following criteria:
- At least 5 years of experience with accounting or reporting
- 2 years of experience with team leading
- Knowledge of Austrian Tax Laws and regulatory matters is a HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Otherwise at least knowledge of IFRS
- English language on a level C1 – active and daily communication in this language
- Knowledge of German is a benefit as well – Occasional communication with German clients or tax authorities in Germany so it is ideal if you speak German, but it is not a requirement
- Stress resistance, Team player, analytical thinking and attention to detail
