HR Data Management Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company on the HR Data Management Specialist position.
Key activities are:
- Execute a large range of different action requests into the International HR database (IHRMS) following highest data quality standards
- Processing mass upload files
- Respond to client email queries within 24 or 48 hr response time (based on priorities/type of request)
- Review and assist in prioritizing of incoming requests
- Analyzing and addressing system processing issues
- Support working with PeopleSoft technical support functions as required
- Providing support to IHR Service Delivery projects

The candidate should be:
- Fluent English
- Experience in Human Resources area and willingness to develop skills in this
- Excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex reports etc.)
- Experience with data maintenance
- Detailed focus, precise
- Analytical, organized and well structured
- Stress resistant, able to work with strict deadlines
- Joy to work with data and interest in understanding system complexities
