Team leader for an accounting team

- Team leader leads and manages accounting team in daily operations (end-to-end process for maintenance of Fixed Asset, Leases and calculation of General Reserves)
- You will make sure that all requested transactions for Fixed Asset and Lease are processed on time while looking at company and local country requirements
- The team is responsible for calculation and posting of monthly general reserves
- Ensure that monthly depreciations are calculated in a proper and timely fashion
- Comminicate with business and suport it with questions and queries
- Monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on KPIs
- Perform monthly reconciliations and SOX controls, participate on BOS and audits

We will gladly consider you for this position in case you meet the following criteria:
- Your English is fluent (C1 level)
- You have a university degree with focus on business administration OR you have an adequate experience in the Accounting department of an industrial or accounting company (at least 3 years)
- You have led a team in the past
- You know how to use MS office + SAP (SAP is an advantage)
