Sales & Marketing Manager

- creating close sales&marketing connection across all topics,
- creating sales&marketing strategy,
- development and maintenance of brand awareness and appearance,
- perception of sales&marketing as 2 pillars dependent on each other,
- new business development: local + abroad,
- carry out activities for the development of ISCARE business in the field of reproductive medicine and the performance of related medical activities in accordance with the financial and business plan,
- provide financial, business and marketing management,
- manage relationship and negotiation with suppliers and other business partners,
- actively search for new business partners,
- regularly visit foreign doctors, foreign clinics and also clinic in Martin at least once in a week,
- monitor patients' interest in our services,
- monitor and evaluate customer behavior data,
- process and evaluate the results of advertising campaigns,
- create and participate in the implementation of marketing strategy,
- identify problems and opportunities to improve performance KPIs,
- monitor trends in the business area,
- support preparation of marketing campaigns and events and other marketing activities,
- prepare various marketing reports,
- cooperative on a group level,
- acting and executing according to a group level values,
- use a group level approach frame contracts, agreements, best practices,
- communication on an international level.
