Náplň práce

Working within a team of Sourcing Partners, you will provide an effective sourcing service to one or many Recruitment Partners aligned to a specific country and / or functional business area.


Talent Acquisition/Sourcing
• Active monitoring and use of the most optimal channels for talent acquisition (online and offline)
• Creating and publishing ads on HAYS partners' portals and client internal websites and dedicated portals
• Talent acquisition through social media (Linkedin, Goldenline, Xing etc.) and other online tools (blogs, forums, etc.)
• Talent acquisition through recommendations obtained from other candidates and client's employees
• Searching (and advice) for new creative methods of talent acquisition
• Entering all candidates' data with proper coding into the OT database and the reporting systems for clients


Candidate Management


• Following all company and Client procedures concerning the recruitment process and candidate management
• Conducting interviews, creating reports on candidates and entering all information obtained from candidates into the Taleo system and the reporting systems for clients
• Searching for and selection of applications for indicated positions, ensuring high quality of reports, following recruitment process procedures required by clients
• Reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment activities to: direct managers, to the Client
• and to the colleagues
• Proactive actions aimed at finding employment for selected candidates (reporting candidates for recruitment projects carried out by other HAYS employees, sending appropriate CVs)
• Arranging meetings between a candidate and a client
• Permanent contact with candidates during the recruitment process and providing them with on-going feedback
• Negotiation of salary and other terms of employment with candidates
• Generating information necessary to issue an invoice related to a specific candidate from the OT system / Collecting and entering all required information into the client's system to ensure that invoices for delivered recruitment are accurately issued to clients
• Making telephone calls to obtain feedback from the candidate and the Hiring Manager after the employed candidate started to work (so-called aftercare)
• Ensuring high standards of contact with candidates as assessed by indicators such as HPI and satisfaction level


Account Management


• Maintaining contact with Recruitment Partners and supporting them
• Managing recruitment projects, including coordination of work and sending applications to other members of the team
• Reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment activities to clients and direct managers
• Provision of specialist knowledge and consultancy services on sourcing
• Participation in sales meetings with potential clients and substantive support during those meetings
• Ensuring high standards of contact with candidates as assessed by indicators such as HPI and satisfaction level and its equivalents in client systems
