Náplň práce

We are looking for HR administrator with following duties:


- You will act as first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners
- You will summarize and maintain updated and accurate personnel records and support Leaver process for employees
- You will administer HR-related documentation (contracts of employment, on-boarding guides)
- You will support payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, new hires, leavers)
- You will ensure the relevant HR databases are up to date and accurate
- You will create regular HR-related reports
- You will revise company policies and regularly update internal HR SharePoint and company's benefit system
- You will have opportunity to participate in various HR projects

Profil kandidáta

- Strong administration skills and experience with HR procedures (thorough knowledge of Slovak Labor law)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Team player
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
