Náplň práce

Your main duties will be:
- managing and developing the daily running of the team of approx. 20 people
- running of daily operations including resource planning
- coordinating daily activities of the team in order to ensure the productivity and quality targets
- handling the most complex customer complaints or enquires, urgencies
- identifying issues/process improvements areas of responsibility to improve customer experience and productivity

Profil kandidáta

- at least 2 years in Customer Service
- good communication and organization skills
- strong people manager
- fluent English
- leadership and people management (min. team of 10)
