We are looking for an organized candidate with fluent English and advanced Excel who would like to work with various HR departments and support them in Purchase Order and Invoice related tasks.
Your duties will be:
• Tracking of invoices in relevant HR databases
• Vendor Management, Purchase Order processing and Reporting
• Working on international projects to optimize processes
• Keeping track of changes in relevant databases
• Supporting Comp & Ben team with various administrative activities
• Ad hoc and regular reporting
