This position copies the Sales Executive, the Pre-sales Engineer support the Salex Executives – everything is related to the technology.
Your responsibility would be
• to explain to the customer what is behind the technology. Need to know all the technical aspects of what company provide. Needs to know everything about the networking involves. Does not need to know every technology, needs to have the helicopter overview / knowledge of the technologies available.
• supports the customers during the lifecycle.
• works on proposals with the Sales Executives (drawing diagrams, explains the technology, designing the network for the customer).
This role is not configuring the devices but advices, designs and answers technical questions for the customers and the Sales Executive.
