- hardware retrieval acitivites
- investigation and follow up on open retrieval requests until successful closure
- managing receipts of returned equipment, updating asset records in the internal databases to support further hardware reuse for new customer orders
- interaction with other internal & external business partners (Project Managers, Warehouses, Technicians, Procurement, Vendor management, Customers etc.
- cross- trainings for other organizational roles (Staging, Export Compliance )
2 shifts work day shift 9:00-17:30/evening shift 14:30–23:00 (switched by week)
Requirement to work on Slovak public holidays (min 50%)
