As Order Taking Officer you will treat incoming orders from company country organizations according to the order process definitions to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA`s.
Key responsibilities:
• Capture all incoming orders from customers or company country organizations
• Enter the orders in the system and modify them based on different instructions
• Verify completeness, product availability, customer credit (and pricing) and specific logistic rules
• Contact responsible person abroad in cases of customer wishes or customer order changes
• Daily contact with different departments, internal or external customers per e-mail or phone
• Archive documentation received from customers
Požiadavky na zamestnanca
• High school diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in working in an ERP environment would be a great advantage
• Knowledge of SAP would be great asset
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly customer oriented mindset
• Responsibility and reliability, stress resistance
• Ability to be flexible with position duties and scope of work
