YachtWay, an innovative leader in the yacht industry, is on the lookout for a Front-End Developer to join our team as a founding engineer. With our initial product already developed in partnership with a leading development studio, this role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketplace product.

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day development activities in front-end application stack in specialized team of front-end developers
Identify and proactively address technical debt and scalability issues
Monitor and optimize front-end performance to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, deployments
Use modular design principles to make your code more flexible and reusable
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes
Evaluate and adopt new development tools, libraries and approaches to improve delivery quality
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA’s and back-end developers to create seamless and engaging user experiences
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and propose improvements to existing processes and systems
We’re Looking For:
Passionate and driven individuals ready to embrace the challenges of a founding engineering role.
Proven experience in frontend development, especially React, NextJS (Page Router), CSS
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
A fast learner and problem-solver, ready to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
