Operations Manager

Currently we are looking for an experienced candidate to fullfil a challenging role of OPERATIONS MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with other managers and direct reports to GM
- Responsible for all planning activities within production
- Creation and monitoring of the product scheduling
- Responsibility of ensuring reliable, timely and high-quality processing of the orders
- Implementation processes within production and production monitoring
- Leading production efficiency and ensure the further development of production
- Maintaning close contact with production
- Participation on cration of strategy, concepts, methods
- Develop, implement and continue a total quality concept in alignment with the company targets
- Take responsibility for all direct and indirect work procedures in production department
- Analyze costs, efficiency and liability of the existing plant and systems, evaluate changes and determine targets for the factory

- University engineering degree - preferred : electronics and electro mechanics
- Min. 5 years of experience on top management position in production automotive company focused on electronics
- English fluent written and spoken form
- Work experience with leading production, logistic, maintenance
- Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, personal responsibility, negotiating skills
